Team Frontier FAQs

Q: Do I need to be in great physical shape to take part?
A: The courses challenge mental abilities rather than physical. However, you should be in reasonably good shape and not a total couch potato!

Q: Is Team Frontier training just for men?
A: Absolutely not. The programme is open to men and women over the age of 17

Q: How many people can the courses handle?
A: To enhance individual attention we recommend 12-24 students for the Hostage Rescue Team Building course, and up to 60 for the Corporate/Multi-Skills event

Q: How long do the courses last?
A: You can take part in 1 day or 2 day courses

Q: What type of special clothing do I need?
A: With the exception of footwear, all equipment required for the course is supplied by Team Frontier

Q: Where does Team Frontier training take place?
A: At a variety of private locations around the country. Our main sites are near Reading, Daventry, Southampton and Midhurst, West Sussex

Q: How realistic is the equipment?
A: Equipment is as realistic as possible and includes, where appropriate:
Simulated fully working Weapons
Full black assault kit or DPM
Body armour
Belt kit
Pistol rigs
Respirator/Gas mask
Radios etc.

Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: Full photographic coverage is provided by Team Frontier

Q: What else should I bring?
A: Nothing - except the spirit of adventure and a pair of dark boots!
